A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country, but most international orders arrive within 10–20 business days.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $150.
Returns & Exchanges

A: We want every piece to arrive perfect. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A: Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if there’s an issue with quality or printing, we’ll gladly replace it.
