About the Artist

My journey to creating art wasn’t linear—it was inevitable.

Born into adoption, I learned early that identity is something you create, not inherit. Perhaps that’s why I’ve always been drawn to transformation—to taking raw materials and watching them become something transcendent.

Before I became an artist, I was a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Cardiovascular and Vascular Surgery and Interventional Cardiology. I spent years in operating rooms where precision met life-or-death stakes, where steady hands could repair what was broken, where every detail mattered. I understood intimacy with the human body, with vulnerability, with the space between survival and beauty.

But there was always something missing on the walls of my home.

I couldn’t find the art I wanted to live with—pieces that felt raw and refined, moody yet opulent, emotional yet restrained. So I began creating it myself. What started as mixed media experiments with epoxy resin became an obsession. The same precision I’d honed in surgery translated into layered compositions where texture, depth, and light converge.

Kasian Art Studio was born from that need—to create art for spaces that deserve more than decoration. Art that commands attention. Art for collectors who understand that true luxury isn’t loud; it’s intentional.

Every piece I create is designed for those who recognize that art isn’t just something you hang on a wall—it’s an investment in atmosphere, in emotion, in legacy. Some of my works are one-of-one—singular expressions that can never be replicated. Others exist in extremely limited editions. All of them share the same DNA: moody, elegant, timeless.
