At Kasian Art Studio, each piece is custom-made on demand and crafted with care to reflect timeless elegance and artistic value. Because all products are printed and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful, we follow their return and replacement policies.

📦 All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our art, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selections, or color discrepancies caused by screen variations.

Please review your order details and size guide carefully before completing your purchase.

🖼️ Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at kasianartstudiollc@gmail.com

2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description

3. Once verified, we’ll coordinate with Printful to issue a replacement at no additional cost

❌ Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Made-to-order art prints and canvases

• Framed or unframed artwork

• Size or color issues based on customer selection

• Delayed shipping due to carrier issues

🔁 Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed, as production often begins within hours of your purchase.
